Instructional program to teach our next generation of the fundamentals of flag football, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

Registration includes traditional style uniform (shell,skirt,poms) Cheer practice will be on Saturdays at the same fields as the games from 0830-1030. Performances will be during playoff games and championship games at the end of the season. Tumbling clinic with certified coaches at our local competitive cheer gym. Focus will be on cheer skills, routines, and the learning and memorization of cheers and league fight song.
